Customer Service Representative

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a current Call Center Representative - Customer Service job in Davenport, FL.
This is for a long-term temporary opportunity.
As a Customer Service Representative you will interact with customers via telephone to provide information, process transactions, and reply to inquiries about products and services.
You will also be charged with handling and resolving complaints.

o Receive/Place a high volume of inbound/outbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concernso Keep record of customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions takeno Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot the items raised by the customero Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level of customer serviceo Refer unresolved customer issues to designated call center department or supervisor for further investigationQualifications:
o High School Diploma/GED o Minimum of 3 years experience o Candidate must be able to sit for the majority of their shifto Excellent verbal and written communication skillso Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic mattero Computer literate - Proficient with Email and Microsoft Wordo Able to work in a team environmentWe have openings for 2nd shift - 5 Day Work Week Pay for this position is $11.
00 per hr plus overtime as needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
