The Customer Service Representative serves as one of the primary business contacts for the customer and is responsible for overall customer satisfaction.
The Customer Service Representative is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent customer needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.
Working as a team and individually to service the customers Facilitating and assisting with sales to customers Answer phone calls and emails and enter orders on the computer Assisting and completing tasks and special projects Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain high level of product knowledge.

Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills Extremely detail-oriented Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator High level of initiative and works well in a team environment Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Handles stressful situations, deadlines, and pressures well Bilingual Preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
