Responsibilities:
-Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the store- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register operations- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times- Train and supervise store employees, providing guidance and support as needed- Assist with inventory management and ordering of merchandise- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment- Collaborate with the manager to achieve sales targets and meet financial goalsRequirements:
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor- Experience in cash handling and familiarity with retail math calculations- Proficient in phone etiquette, with clear communication skills- Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required- Familiarity with operating a cash register and performing clerk duties- Previous experience in team management or leadership roles is desirable- Must be 18 yo or olderWe offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our company.
