35 an hour Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team.
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Duties - Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise Requirements - Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required - Excellent time management skills to ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner - Strong sales skills to upsell products and increase revenue - Proficiency in cash handling procedures - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices - Basic math skills for cash register transactions and inventory management - Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures - Experience in the food service or retail industry is a plus If you are passionate about coffee, have exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
