The Property Manager oversees all phases of operations.
Job duties including, but are not limited to, the general administration of the office, maintain resources so that the property can remain in good physical condition with stabilized operations.
Our Community Managers are responsible for all operational aspects of the property.
They facilitate optimum performance of the property in areas such as personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement and information reporting.
What are we seeking? An energetic professional with 5
years of managing multi-family communities Willingness to work in a fast paced and team-oriented environment Valid driver's license is required Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude Strong organizational, written & verbal communication and time-management capabilities Experience using MS Excel and Outlook Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times.
Responsibilities:
Financial Makes recommendations for ways to maximize income and minimize expenses Efficiently manages rent expiration schedules Ensure delinquencies are handled Customer Service Provide outstanding customer service while addressing prospective residents, current residents, vendors and colleagues.
Demonstrate a strong sense of pride and accountability for the community.
Process maintenance service request in a timely manner.
Ensure all maintenance repairs are handled satisfactorily by contacting residents with completed Service Requests on a weekly basis.
Ensure clear and consistent communication to the Regional managers team.
