Must have basic bookkeeping, be experienced in Word and Excel, have exceptional customer services skills, be detail orientated and have the ability to multi-task.
This position would be ideal for a candidate that is willing to learn, accept new challenges daily, and has the ability to work both in a team and independently.
Job Description:
Assist in processing of Architectural applications for Associations Other duties can include:
Sorting and filing mail Answer calls and check voicemails Answer emails Seek estimates for community projects Greet guests Handle gate access forms and cards Collect, review and forward architectural applications to committee members and or the board of directors and follow up by the deadline Inputting warranty deeds and updating owner information Assist the Licensed Community Association Managers with violations, inputting and mailing Handle bulk mailings by deadlines and file if needed Job Type:
