unit apartment community in Davenport area.
New build, Lease Up experience is required.
The position will be hybrid to begin, working a mixture of onsite construction trailer and at-home until the leasing office is constructed.
Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience as an assistant community manager.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Experience with MS office, and AppFolio a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records - Set and meet occupancy goals, leading up to property opening.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants and address their inquiries promptly - Posting frequent construction updates on community and social media pages so interest parties can follow along with the progress.
- Creating welcome packets featuring property information and passing out to local businesses, schools, etc.
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants - Conduct property tours for potential tenants and assist with lease agreements - Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner - Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants - Assist in negotiating and executing contracts with vendors and service providers - Upsell additional services to tenants to maximize revenue opportunities - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies - Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses - Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in data entry and using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of AppFolio software is a plus - Familiarity with facilities management principles is preferred - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills Drug free workplace Job Type:
