The ideal candidate has a flexible schedule and reliable transportation, which is needed to travel between houses.
Your duties change based on each of our homes needs, but you should be able to thoroughly clean floors, dust surfaces, empty trash cans, scrub toilets, and change out linens.
We like to wow our vacation guests with our attention to detail, so the more experience you have, the better! Vacation Home Cleaner Duties and Responsibilities Vacuum or mop floors Clean toilets Dust surfaces Scrub surfaces to remove stains or build-up Empty trash cans Clean upholstered furniture Wash and fold laundry as requested Change out linens and if requested Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies House Cleaner Requirements and Qualifications Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products Previous experience strongly preferred Reliable transportation Dependable personality and flexible schedule Physical stamina Attention to detail You will get paid as a contractor with a 1099.
Payment will be made weekly.
Total payment will depend on the amount of properties cleaned and what size of home
amount of bedrooms for each property.
We will supply all cleaning supplies, home supplies and equipment for the homes.
Start up date is as soon as possible.
