Research receiving discrepancies.
Provides receiving documents when requested.
Requests POD's, packing slips, & shipping documents from Vendor Partners Assists in reducing inventory maintenance by working with Product Management, Returns Department and Vendor Partners to request and coordinate RGA's for vendor returns, and to help manage defective or damaged material to be repaired or salvaged.
Assist Product Management/Purchasing by checking acknowledgements and reconciling cost discrepancies.
Assist Product Management/Purchasing in entering purchase orders for our C206 glass warehouse, as well as issuing purchase orders for certain product lines under the direction of Product Management.
Assist Product Management in reconciling Direct Order costing and entering direct orders as requested.
Provides, as needed, support to Branch operations including but not limited to:
cycle counts; inventory reports (value added/adjustments), running specialized purchasing & inventory reports.
Education and Experience Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school; Bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to make independent decisions, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks Effective interpersonal and communication skills Organization and time management skills Must exhibit customer service skills and the ability to develop relationships over the phone Results driven and ability to generate innovative and creative solutions to problems Possesses general business acumen Ability to manage multiple projects Job Type:
