We are looking for a competent Handyman/ Punchout worker for construction projects.
This position requires good physical strength, problem solving skills, be able to work well with your hands, and be reliable.
Experience in working on relevant projects and using equipment is essential.
Being good in collaboration and following instructions and safety rules are important.
Handyman/ Punchout team members must be prompt, reliable, and able to communicate effectively.
Candidates must have their own transportation and tools a valid driver's license is required.
Hands-on experience with drywall, paint and light finish carpentry or carpentry punchwork.
Customer service / punchout experience with a homebuilder is preferred.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Experience with punch-out work, trim, scheduling trades, running jobs efficiently, and thinking ahead.
Problem solving is essential.
Knowledge of construction & experience in the industry beyond a DIY-level Good work ethic, along with the understanding that the job must be done right.
No exceptions.
Ability to think ahead and multi-task to solve issues.
Be proactive versus reactive.
Ability and desire to deliver top quality craftsmanship Some labor work is required- cleaning out garages, sweeping houses, cleaning up trash within the community Looking for a Jack of All Trades Job Type:
