Summary:
Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities, as assigned, to facilitate the efficient operation of the Agency.
Qualifications:
A minimum high school diploma or equivalent; some college is preferred At least one (1) year of proven experience as an Assistant or related position Must be comfortable with technology and capable of learning various company systems Have Strong research skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required REQUIRMENTS:
Must be able to focus on assigned tasks and complete them in a timely and accurate manner Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor Must exhibit polite and professional communication in person and via phone, e-mail, and mail Have or obtain HIPAA certification Light lifting and organizing may be required JOB
Responsibilities:
1.
Answer/make phone calls, schedule appointments and provide customer service as needed 2.
Process enrollments, documentation, and handle follow ups with leads and clients 3.
Manage CRM and other company systems 4.
Create/ modify letters, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents 5.
Research information as assigned 6.
Manage Emails 7.
Assist marketing efforts by creating and sending marketing communications and update social media content 8.
Maintain company and client confidentiality and sign a binding Non-Disclosure Agreement for the protection of company, employee, client, and other sensitive information 9.
Keep office clean, organized, and supplies stocked 10.
